Enter at 433 Harrison Avenue, Boston

In general:
Laconia Gallery is located in the SoWa area of the South End at 433 Harrison Ave., directly across from Thayer Street, where many galleries are located.

By car, from the North:
Take 93 South and exit at the Albany St./Rt. 90 East exit. Follow signs for Albany St. At the Mobile gas station, take a Right onto E. Berkeley St. and your next Left onto Harrison Ave. We are one block down on the right at 433 Harrison Ave.

By car, from the South:
Take 93 North and exit at Massachusetts Ave. Travel North (Right) on Mass Ave. to Harrison Ave. (about 2 blocks) where you will turn Right, continue on Harrison for about a quarter mile. We are at 433 Harrison Ave.

By car, from the West:
Take the Mass Pike to the Copley/Prudential Center exit. Exit to Copley and stay to the right, turning right onto Dartmouth St. Follow Dartmouth Street straight through the South End, you will cross Columbus, Tremont, Shawmut and Washington Streets, the next block will be the end of Dartmouth St. at Harrison Ave. You’ll be across the street from a Fire Station. Take a left onto Harrison Ave. and travel about 3 blocks and 433 Harrison, a curved entrance, will be on your left.

Parking:
Street parking is available on both Washington St. and Harrison Ave. A pay parking lot is located directly across from 433 Harrison Ave. This is the closest and easiest parking for the gallery.

Orange line:
Get off at Back Bay station and walk south on Dartmouth or Clarendon to Tremont. Turn left on Tremont and continue just past the Boston Center for the Arts. Turn Right onto Hanson or Milford St. and continue to Shawmut, take a Left and walk a short distance until you see a park. Turn right to walk through the park and straight towards the front door of 1200 Washington. Walk down the pathway to the Right of the Building to the entrance at 433 Harrison.

Red Line:
Go to Broadway (in South Boston) and when exiting the subway, turn around and walk back across the Broadway Street bridge. Walk under the expressway, down E. Berkeley St., then another block to Harrison Ave. Turn left on Harrison and walk a few blocks to Thayer (where the art galleries are). Cross the street to 433 Harrison Ave.

Silver Line on Washington Street:
This bus stops at East Berkeley Street. Walk ½ block away from downtown. We are on the South Side of the street, across from the park. Walk down the pathway to the Right of the 1200 Washington building to the entrance at 433 Harrison.
